Refund policy

1.The game is free

You never pay to play. Every deck, online rooms and games on one phone are free. Premium will add hours of video and voice calls and remove ads. Nothing you can do today costs money, calls included.

2.How Premium is billed

When Premium launches, there are three choices, in your local currency at checkout where it is offered, plus any taxes shown there:

• Day pass: $2.99 once, for 3 hours of calls used within 24 hours of buying it. It does not renew.
• Premium: $4.99 a month for 3 hours of calls a month.
• Premium Plus: $9.99 a month for 8 hours of calls a month.

The monthly prices are early prices, kept for as long as that subscription stays active. Later subscribers pay $9.99 and $19.99 a month. Our payment provider takes the payment; we will name it here before Premium goes on sale.

Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and we tell you before any price change, which starts only at your next renewal.

3.Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan any time from your billing page. Premium stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then stops, and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account cancels Premium from the next renewal in the same way. A day pass needs no cancelling.

4.When we refund

Payments are not refunded, including for unused hours or time, for a day pass once bought, and for a renewal you forgot to cancel. We refund only in these cases:

• If the law requires it, for example under the consumer law where you live.
• If we stop offering Premium completely, we refund the unused part of your current month.
• If you were charged by mistake, such as twice for the same month, we refund the extra charge.

In the EEA and the UK, buyers of digital services normally have 14 days to change their mind. At checkout, for a monthly plan or a day pass, we ask you to agree that it starts straight away and that you lose this right once it has started.

Nothing here takes away a right that consumer law gives you.

5.Asking for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date of the payment and why you are asking. We reply within 7 days. An approved refund goes back to the way you paid, and your bank may take a few more days to show it.

6.Payment disputes

Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank: most problems are quicker to fix by email. If you start a dispute without talking to us first, we may pause Premium until it is settled.
